Bank of America’s workplace wellness efforts recognized in Massachusetts

Bank of America knows that supporting the physical wellbeing of employees pays lasting dividends in both their personal and professional lives.

The bank offers employees various physical health benefits such as comprehensive health care coverage and regular health screenings, as well as programs like Get Active! that challenge employees to increase their daily physical activity. In Massachusetts, the bank was recognized for these efforts by the Massachusetts Health Council.

Each year, members of the Health Council recognize outstanding individuals as Champions of Health and Wellness and award companies with an exemplary workplace wellness program. Bank of America received the 2017 Workplace Wellness Award, showcasing how employers can have a meaningful impact on population health.
