Celebrating our teammates who go above and beyond

At Bank of America, relationships come first. Every day we get to know clients in our communities and learn what matters most.

“Making financial lives better is what we do. And listening is how we do it well,” said Holly O’Neill, Chief Client Care Officer at Bank of America. “We have 68 million consumer clients, and I think we have 68 million different pictures of financial health. So we really try to come at it in a very customized way.”

We’re sharing stories from some of our 210,000 dedicated teammates who prove the power of listening and how they make our communities stronger.
