Bank of America Named One of the 100 Best Companies to Work For

Bank of America was named one of the "100 Best Companies to Work For" in 2020 by Fortune magazine, and global research and consulting firm, Great Place to Work®. The company was also named the only financial services firm on the “100 Best Big Companies to Work For” list. Inclusion in these lists followed anonymous evaluation by thousands of employees on workplace culture, including trust in managers, compensation, fairness, manifestation of company values, ability to contribute new ideas, and overall fulfillment.
