Financial center growth continues in the Twin Cities

Bank of America is continuing to build more financial centers and ATMs across the Twin Cities, with a focus on meeting the technology demands of customers.

Five new financial centers have opened and are serving clients in downtown Minneapolis, Uptown, Apple Valley, Woodbury and Wayzata. More centers will be opening in 2017 including Ridgedale and the flagship location in Edina.

The centers will serve as a one-stop shop for all financial needs. But in addition to the traditional customer experience, Bank of America is taking a high-tech, high touch approach to financial centers opening in the Twin Cities.

We recognize that nonprofits and their leaders are on the frontlines as they tackle tough community issues that are vital to the Twin Cities’ economic growth.

New technology including cardless ATMs and Teller Assist ATMs help customers quickly and easily help clients access their accounts. And Digital Ambassadors will answer questions to help customers set up their online banking and demonstrate Bank of America’s mobile banking app.

In addition to state-of-the-art financial centers, customers are taking advantage of the bank’s award-winning mobile and online banking offerings. Bank of America’s mobile app makes it easier than ever for people to take control of their financial lives, including simplified navigation and the ability to access FICO scores, the ability to view and redeem credit card rewards, and use the app in Spanish.

“Bank of America is committed to serving the financial needs of people in the Twin Cities community,” said Katie Simpson, Minneapolis/St. Paul market president of Bank of America. “Our high-tech financial centers and our mobile and online applications are leading the industry and providing great value to our customers.”
