Reinventure Capital
Reinventure Capital is a next generation fund launched by Ed that is built on the successful playbook implemented by him in his earlier fund. It began operations in 2020 and has an AUM of $36 million. We invest in US-based companies led and controlled by BIPOC — Black, Indigenous, and people of color — founders, and/or by women. Specifically, we invest in companies that are at breakeven or so, and poised to grow profitably. We look for companies commercializing solutions to real problems, at the forefront of one or more shifts, in fragmented industries providing the opportunity for both rapid organic growth and growth through acquisitions.
