A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY WITH A UNIQUE APPROACH
New Community Transformation Fund is a venture capital fund based in Grand Rapids, Michigan with the goal of primarily investing in companies owned and / or operated by diverse business leaders, while providing suitable risk adjusted returns to its investors.
The fund will focus on scalable early to mid-stage businesses and transitioning succession companies in the industries of advanced manufacturing, financial technology, life sciences and medical devices, and information technology. This fund will invest in both current and prospective West Michigan companies but will require founders and portfolio companies have an economic impact to West Michigan.
