Our investments are sourced primarily through our portfolio companies and our operator community, which is a 100-person network that includes top tech talent across the US and Europe. Post investment, we help our portfolio companies find their first customers. We help with sales workshops, customer discovery, business development and introductions through our operator community.

We are two female GPs, one who is Latina, that come from both side of the cap table: a startup founder and an accelerator investor who saw a gap at the early stage. We’re rewriting the networks in venture and tech to source next gen founders and support our portfolio.
