We're always looking for ways to support people's choices in the communities we serve. That's why Bank of America is adding charging stations for electric vehicles (EVs) to over 90 financial centers nationwide. For our customers who are interested, we have financing for EVs and charging accessories. And we're also supporting the choices our teammates make with employee rebates on EVs.

Hear from Patrick O’Neil, President of Bank of America Savannah, about our role in keeping Savannah moving forward.
Our experienced Savannah and Coastal Georgia team has a long history of tackling the challenges that face our communities. We’re providing critical support to organizations that assist our most vulnerable citizens, as well as initiatives addressing workforce development and affordable housing. Other programs are firmly in place to support the bank's commitment of advancing racial equality and promoting economic opportunity. That comes with a strategic one-two approach—first providing resources to help individuals find immediate work making a livable wage, then offering ongoing financial literacy programs to move them up the income ladder. Together with community partners, we sponsor a program that enables women of color to earn advanced certification for high-demand careers. When the health crisis hit, we helped distribute masks and equipment and increased our support of organizations providing immediate food assistance. We also worked with the school system and other partners to provide technology resources and other supplies so kids could better adjust to virtual learning.
Since its debut in 1965, Goodwill of Southeast Georgia’s impact goes far beyond its thrift stores. The Opportunity Center at Goodwill helps community members with critical skills training and technology assistance to help put them on the path towards fulfilling careers and financial independence.
At Bank of America, we’re committed to addressing the root causes of inequality through a company-wide commitment to advancing racial equality and economic opportunity across diverse communities. We are doing this by building upon our existing efforts and leveraging our strengths: creating more affordable housing and expanding home ownership, increasing lending and support to minority-owned small businesses, championing job training and career readiness and addressing health disparities like access to care. We also know we can’t solve these challenges alone, so we’re partnering with other corporations, local nonprofits and community leaders across the country who share our vision for creating meaningful change.
At Bank of America, we believe in the power of the arts to help economies thrive, educate and enrich societies, and create greater cultural understanding. That’s why we’re helping the arts flourish in communities across the globe.
