We're always looking for ways to support people's choices in the communities we serve. That's why Bank of America is adding charging stations for electric vehicles (EVs) to over 90 financial centers nationwide. For our customers who are interested, we have financing for EVs and charging accessories. And we're also supporting the choices our teammates make with employee rebates on EVs.

We're a state capital city built on the shoulders of small businesses in a region that's known for being ”farm to fork." Much of our philanthropic work revolves around keeping our farming communities healthy and thriving. We're proud of the long-standing relationship we have with local nonprofits dedicated to teaching California's youth about the importance of agriculture and programs that teach adults how to grow their own food. When the health crisis hit, we helped create and fund an innovative program that supports small farms and provides debt relief to restaurants and ag-related retailers to help them prepare for expanded operations. Working closely with community partners, workforce development and basic need services continues to be a top priority. We fund programs that identify opportunities for economic growth for small startups as well as international corporations, offering the right training programs, incentives and assistance to reach a diverse talent pool.
The nonprofit Juma understands that building experience in the workforce is an important first step in developing a long-term career. That’s why Juma’s YouthConnect program works to place individuals in entry-level positions and then offers skills training, money management classes and career coaching —all with the goal of giving its participants the confidence to set and pursue their own professional pathways.
At Bank of America, we’re committed to addressing the root causes of inequality through a company-wide commitment to advancing racial equality and economic opportunity across diverse communities. We are doing this by building upon our existing efforts and leveraging our strengths: creating more affordable housing and expanding home ownership, increasing lending and support to minority-owned small businesses, championing job training and career readiness and addressing health disparities like access to care. We also know we can’t solve these challenges alone, so we’re partnering with other corporations, local nonprofits and community leaders across the country who share our vision for creating meaningful change.
At Bank of America, we believe in the power of the arts to help economies thrive, educate and enrich societies, and create greater cultural understanding. That’s why we’re helping the arts flourish in communities across the globe.
