Everyday dedication meets everyday appreciation

We continue to invest in our employees with initiatives like Sharing Success, which awarded 96% of colleagues additional compensation this year, nearly all in stock. This is the sixth time teammates received this award, totaling more than $4 billion. We are committed to being a Great Place to Work for our teammates locally and around the globe including providing leading benefits, minimum wage at $22/hr on track to $25/hr by 2025 and opportunities to build a career with us.

Another boost in the fight against hunger in Palm Beach County

We're committed to supporting our employees' health and safety and to addressing our local communities' most critical needs. That's why we've donated to local hunger-relief organizations on behalf of each employee who received a COVID-19 vaccine or booster and/or a flu shot.* In addition, employees are doubling the impact of their personal donations to fight hunger with our matching gifts program.

Through this effort, our team in Palm Beach County recently presented CROS Ministries with a check for $30,000. We're proud to be able to help our community as we work together to move forward.

Let’s build something together

In Palm Beach County, Bank of America has long partnered with public, private and nonprofit organizations to assess the needs of the community and deliver an immediate response. And through challenging times, we have accelerated these partnership efforts notably to expand our ongoing efforts to advance racial equality in education and job training, access to healthcare and nutritious food, affordable housing assistance, and capital and resources for minority-owned small businesses. We mobilize with our community to help where it’s needed most.

The capital entrepreneurs need to succeed

In Palm Beach County, a new, community-oriented lender called Pathway Capital Funding aims to provide small, minority-and women-owned businesses with loans, technical assistance and financial literacy training. Sixty percent of Pathway’s lending will be in low-and moderate-income neighborhoods in Palm Beach County. Before and after funding, Pathway also plans to support new entrepreneurs with educational resources that include dozens of online training courses on subjects ranging from financial statements to cash flow management.

Helping athletes win on and off the field

With a focus on helping high school student-athletes thrive, Student ACES (Athletics, Community, Education) guides students to develop a sense of honor, character and integrity. In response to many participants’ requests for a safe, supportive place to do homework and hang out, we partnered with Student ACES to create the Student ACES Center, a safe space that also provides workshops, coaching, and other resources.
