Student Leaders

Since 2004, our Student Leaders® program has helped prepare high school students for the workforce by connecting them to skills development and leadership training. Through paid internships with local nonprofits they gain practical work and life experiences. It's just one more way we're working to build a better future for all.

Let’s build something together

Omaha is special. Our local team is proud of that, and together we have the diverse expertise to deliver for clients and help drive the continued strength of our unique economy. As President of Bank of America Omaha, I have the privilege of leading our teammates as we deliver the company’s global resources locally. Through our commitment to responsible growth, we are expanding in Omaha by adding bankers and increasing social responsibility efforts. Together we deliver Bank of America’s capabilities to help the households we serve achieve their financial goals, connect companies to capital that will generate economic growth, and connect our community to tools that help it thrive.

Supporting economic opportunity for diverse people & communities

At Bank of America, we have a long-standing commitment to support economic opportunity for diverse people and communities. We are doing this by building upon our existing efforts and leveraging our strengths: creating more affordable housing and expanding home ownership, increasing lending and support to minority-owned small businesses, championing job training and career readiness and addressing health disparities like access to care. We continue to focus on working collaboratively across sectors to advance opportunities that will create real impact in the lives of individuals and for the communities we serve, using the past to inform our perspective and understanding as we tackle barriers within our communities.
