Let’s build something together

As President of Bank of America Minneapolis/St. Paul, I get to focus on three priorities—our clients, our employees, and our community in the Twin Cities. I oversee the bank’s work connecting individuals, families, and businesses to resources that make their financial lives better in the Twin Cities. I’m also charged with helping strengthen economic opportunity and build strong communities through social responsibility efforts, which as we know are absolutely essential to the Twin Cities at this time. These initiatives, like funding critical medical supplies, partnering with Second Harvest Heartland, and supporting workforce development and education, allow us to all come together as neighbors and partners toward a better Twin Cities.

Racial equality and economic opportunity

At Bank of America, we’re committed to addressing the root causes of inequality through a company-wide commitment to advancing racial equality and economic opportunity across diverse communities. We are doing this by building upon our existing efforts and leveraging our strengths: creating more affordable housing and expanding home ownership, increasing lending and support to minority-owned small businesses, championing job training and career readiness and addressing health disparities like access to care. We also know we can’t solve these challenges alone, so we’re partnering with other corporations, local nonprofits and community leaders across the country who share our vision for creating meaningful change.

Creating access to jobs

To help create jobs and fuel economic opportunity, we're partnering with local organizations and other companies to help people get the skills they need and build a growing pipeline of talent for jobs of the future.
