Helping graduates land a job

When the local job market in Mecklenburg County continued to rise even during the Covid-19 pandemic, Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) responded to the local workforce demands, designing curriculums around the specific jobs in the highest growth sectors of the local economy. Bank of America partnered with CPCC to help provide Black and Hispanic/Latino students with scholarships to match PELL grants, which go to students demonstrating a financial need for tuition assistance.
