We're always looking for ways to support people's choices in the communities we serve. That's why Bank of America is adding charging stations for electric vehicles (EVs) to over 90 financial centers nationwide. For our customers who are interested, we have financing for EVs and charging accessories. And we're also supporting the choices our teammates make with employee rebates on EVs.

Bank of America serves the vibrant local communities of Arkansas by engaging what makes each of them unique places in which to live and work, such as the new Arts Center being built in Little Rock that we are proud to support.
In 2020, we assisted the University of Arkansas for Medical Science’s efforts on the frontlines of the global pandemic by supplying a mobile unit that delivered access to tests and public health information to rural areas of the state.
We also engage our neighborhoods through job creation initiatives, such as partnering with the Little Rock Chamber Foundation to support the Ford Next Generation Learning model, which connects students with local businesses to shape curriculums focused on pathways to hiring. In addition, we support the Our House Career Center, which provides homeless and near-homeless individuals in Central Arkansas with pathways to employment opportunities, as well as P.A.R.K, an organization focused on enriching the lives of the area’s at-risk youth.
We view ourselves as a dedicated, local financial partner that leverages the resources of a leading international organization to serve the specialized needs of our business and individual customers throughout the state.
For folks struggling to get by, the threat of losing your home is a constant fear and a periodic reality. At the Little Rock nonprofit Our House, the core mission for more than 30 years has been helping residents of central Arkansas who have lost their homes — or who are at risk of doing so — succeed at work. Through its Career Center, the organization assists adults in finding jobs, building careers and achieving lasting self-sufficiency. Our House is expanding job training services to meet the added demand, helped by a grant from Bank of America.
At Bank of America, we’re committed to addressing the root causes of inequality through a company-wide commitment to advancing racial equality and economic opportunity across diverse communities. We are doing this by building upon our existing efforts and leveraging our strengths: creating more affordable housing and expanding home ownership, increasing lending and support to minority-owned small businesses, championing job training and career readiness and addressing health disparities like access to care. We also know we can’t solve these challenges alone, so we’re partnering with other corporations, local nonprofits and community leaders across the country who share our vision for creating meaningful change.
At Bank of America, we believe in the power of the arts to help economies thrive, educate and enrich societies, and create greater cultural understanding. That’s why we’re helping the arts flourish in communities across the globe.
