Bank of America’s mobile ambassadors connect customers to the digital age

Inspired by Best Buy’s Geek Squad and Apple’s Genius Bar, Bank of America has introduced 3,000 digital ambassadors to help customers understand the bank’s online and mobile banking services.

Michelle Moore, head of digital banking at Bank of America, tells San Francisco Business Journal the story of the bank connecting a 90-year-old customer with their mobile banking app, after explaining it was as easy to use as Facebook.
