Military veteran receives new home thanks to Bank of America and Military Warriors Support Foundation

The Baltimore Sun

Bank of America and the Military Warriors Support Foundation presented Retired Corporal William Sutton and his family with the key to their new home in Yorkville, Illinois on April 8. The home was donated 100 percent mortgage free by the Military Warriors Support Foundation in partnership with Bank of America.

As part of Bank of America's efforts to help revitalize communities and support the housing needs of those who have served and sacrificed for our nation, the Bank has pledged to make up to 1,000 homes available nationwide through property donations to military veteran-support charities and other nonprofit, community-based organizations. Cpl. Sutton's home donation was made possible through a partnership with Military Warriors Support Foundation which works with financial institutions like Bank of America to support its Homes4WoundedHeroes and Homes4GoldStars programs.
