Join us in helping the victims of Typhoon Haiyan
In response to the devastating typhoon in the Philippines, Bank of America has donated $250,000 to assist in immediate relief efforts. This amount will be equally split between the American Red Cross Philippines Typhoon Appeal and Save the Children, two nonprofit organizations that are experts in emergency response and have on-the-ground presence in the region.
“Our hearts go out to all of the individuals and families affected by the typhoon,” said Kerry Sullivan, president, Bank of America Charitable Foundation. “The Red Cross and Save the Children are longstanding partners in disaster relief and have the networks in place to provide immediate help to those who desperately need it.”
Donations can be made at the American Red Cross Typhoon Appeal and Save the Children websites.
