At Bank of America, we have a longstanding commitment to our inclusive work environment, and to helping support healthy, vibrant communities where we work and live around the world. We do this through broad-ranging, long-term partnerships with experts and advocates working to address some of the of toughest challenges our communities face. Importantly, this includes ongoing efforts to fight hate against any group, on behalf of all teammates, clients, and communities we serve. Our company partners and collaborates with many leading organizations around the world including the Smithsonian Institution, the Anti-Defamation League, The U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, the Asian American Foundation, the Ad Council’s Love Has No Labels campaign, iconic filmmakers and historians like Ken Burns and Henry Louis “Skip” Gates Jr. and members of our National Community Advisory Council, among others.
Most recently, we made a major, multi-year commitment to support the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism (FCAS), as they focus on raising awareness and combatting hate through their unprecedented national Blue Square campaign. These funds also support new, global strategies to help cause positive change, including a data engine that uses more than 300 million online data sources to find and address hate speech with community partners across the U.S. Bank of America is a founding partner of these efforts.
