Awards & recognition

An important part of how we drive responsible growth is our focus on being a great place to work. We deliver on this commitment by being an inclusive workplace for all our employees, creating opportunities for them to develop and grow, recognizing and rewarding performance, and supporting our employee’s physical, emotional and financial wellness.

In 2019, Fortune and Great Place to Work Institute named us one of the 2019 100 Best Companies to Work For. We were included as the only financial services company on Fortune’s inaugural 2019 Best Big Companies to Work For list, and we were named No. 19 out of 30 large companies on the 2019 Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance list and No. 21 out of 100 companies on the 2019 Workplaces for Diversity list. In April, we were ranked the top financial institution in the 2019 LinkedIn Top Companies list which recognizes the 50 most sought-after places to work in the U.S.
