Through a collaborative approach with local nonprofit partners and educational institutions we are creating career pathways for our diverse community. This focus on supporting nonprofit programs providing workforce development and upskilling in the hospitality, agriculture, and technology fields is making a difference for many. This includes partnerships with Hartnell Community College's Agriculture Technology Workforce Initiative, Rancho Cielo and others. Bank of America teammates also continue to demonstrate their dedication to Monterey Bay through volunteerism and non-profit board service
