Let’s build something together

In our El Paso market, Bank of America has worked closely with education institutions, local nonprofits, government organizations and our community members to support initiatives and grant opportunities to stimulate job creation and community engagement in our area.

We sponsor several initiatives aimed at increasing financial literacy within our community because in El Paso, we believe that tide raises all ships and the success of one small business will create even more success for all of our businesses, and so on. We are extremely proud of our employees and associates, who we consider our leaders when it comes to spearheading these initiatives through volunteering and acting as thought leaders for programs in our community.

Designing healthier career paths

Project ARRIBA takes a 360-degree approach to job placement, from helping program participants choose a career path and identify training, to providing support services such as childcare, tuition assistance and tutoring to ensure students complete their degree. Project ARRIBA is partnering with El Paso Community College, University of Texas at El Paso School of Nursing and Texas Tech School of Nursing to train 425 local residents for jobs in health care.
