The health crisis hasn’t created the gaps in our society; it’s widened them. We’re grateful for organizations that have a long history of serving residents in need and are responding to the increased challenges so many members of our community are facing in this moment.

Student Leaders

Since 2004, our Student Leaders® program has helped prepare high school students for the workforce by connecting them to skills development and leadership training. Through paid internships with local nonprofits like DreamKey Partners, they gain practical work and life experiences. It's just one more way we're working to build a better future for all.

Hear from Kieth Cockrell, President of Bank of America Charlotte, about our role in keeping Charlotte moving forward.

Let’s build something together

As President of Bank of America Charlotte, I get to help our clients, employees and community thrive in our region. I oversee the bank’s work connecting individuals, families, and businesses to resources that make their financial lives better from Iredell County, N.C. to Chester County, S.C. I’m also charged with helping strengthen economic opportunity through social responsibility efforts, which as we know are absolutely essential to the Charlotte market at this time. These initiatives, like supporting workforce development, education and affordable housing, allow us to all come together as neighbors and partners toward a better Charlotte market.
