Hard at Work in New York

Bank of America began serving New York nearly 200 years ago. The National Bank of Orange and Ulster Counties opened its doors in 1812, U.S. Trust was formed in 1853 and the Merrill Lynch partnership was begun in 1914. Each entered the Bank of America family in recent years. Today, Bank of America is one of the nation’s largest financial institutions and provides services to half of all American households.
