Hard at Work in Iowa

Bank of America began serving Iowa nearly 110 years ago. Kalona Savings Bank received its charter in 1892, and a century later Boatmen’s Bank of St. Louis acquired it. In 1997, Boatmen’s Bank became part of the Bank of America family. Today, Bank of America is one of the nation’s largest financial institutions and provides services to half of all American households.
