Hard at Work in New Hampshire
Bank of America began serving New Hampshire in 1851 with the founding of Indian Head Bank. Fleet Bank acquired Indian Head Bank in 1991, and the company evolved into FleetBoston as it expanded across New England. FleetBoston joined the Bank of America family in 2005. Today, Bank of America is one of the nation’s largest financial institutions and provides services to half of all American households.
