Founded in 1995, CyraCom provides language interpretation services over telephone and video through large-scale interpreter contact centers. They got their start in the healthcare space, when the company patented a dual-handset phone where a doctor picks up one line and the patient another, and then speak to a CyraCom interpreter. Since then, the company has grown to include a subsidiary, Voiance, that works with business clients including insurers and banks. The company also provides Translation and Localization services and video interpretation for the hearing impaired.

CyraCom began working with Bank of America in 2008, although the relationship was initially limited to credit cards and banking for their employees. But, when the company was looking to expand – across the country as well as internationally – they turned to the bank for an expanded range of services, including line of credit and treasury services that could provide services for their growing and highly-skilled workforce.
Working with Bank of America, CyraCom has added employees year after year and has been recognized with Inc. Magazine’s Hire Power Award. In 2014 and 2015 The company established large-scale interpreter contact centers in Houston, New York, and Florida, as well as expansions to facilities in Arizona and New Mexico. CyraCom is projected to have over 2,000 employees by the end of 2015. And, as the company continues to grow, Bank of America will be there as a valued partner.
