Student Leaders

Since 2004, our Student Leaders® program has helped prepare high school students for the workforce by connecting them to skills development and leadership training. Through paid internships with local nonprofits like Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston and Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro South, they gain practical work and life experiences. It's just one more way we're working to build a better future for all.

Let’s build something together

At Bank of America, we’ve rolled up our sleeves to support Greater Boston during this unprecedented time. Our philanthropic support assisted residents most impacted by the health crisis by providing nutritious meals for youth and seniors, technology for remote student learning, PPE for vulnerable populations, assistance to organizations focused on keeping families in their homes and more. Our teammates are working around the clock to support small businesses by providing access to capital and expertise to guide them through this critical juncture. We remain focused on being a steadfast partner in Greater Boston.

Being a great place to work has its rewards. And awards.

Because of our investments in industry-leading programs and resources, and our commitment to helping teammates achieve their personal and professional goals, we were awarded the Grand Stevie Award for Organization of the Year. *

* The Stevie Awards recognize the achievements of businesses and professionals worldwide. Organizations self-nominate, providing data for various categories, and winners are determined by the average scores of more than 240 professionals worldwide serving as judges.

** For the annual Rankings, JUST Capital collects and analyzes corporate data to evaluate the 1,000 largest public U.S. companies across 20 issues identified through comprehensive, ongoing public opinion research on Americans' attitudes toward responsible corporate behavior. In determining the top 10 companies for workers, JUST Capital used its Workers Leaders Index which tracks the top 20% of companies in its annual Rankings that perform the best across the five worker related issues evaluated. https://justcapital.com
