Bank of America uses technology to connect with customers

Bank of America is the nation’s second-largest bank in terms of assets. Recently, the bank has turned its focus on delivering more personalized services that help customers simplify their financial lives.

Benito Almanza, Bank of America’s top executive in Arizona, recently spoke with The Arizona Republic and provided an assessment of where the bank is now and where it needs to be moving forward. He spoke about putting an increased emphasis on meeting the needs of business and affluent customers, redesigning branches, revamping ATMS and other new technological service, and enhancing personal interaction.
